What we collect
When you complete the contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address, location and job details you choose to provide. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email we keep a record of that correspondence.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out work you ask us to do, and keep records for our own accounts and legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
How the form works
The contact form is processed by Netlify, our website host, which passes the submission to us by email. Netlify processes the data on our behalf; see Netlify’s own privacy documentation for details of their processing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your request and, where work is carried out, for the period required for tax, warranty and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted periodically.
