Plastering work we take on
We skim over sound plaster and old finishes, dot-and-dab or batten and board where walls are poor, re-plaster after damp or building work, repair cracks and holes, and finish new stud walls and ceilings. Everything is left with a smooth, even surface ready for decoration.

Common questions
How long before I can paint new plaster?
Fresh plaster usually needs several days to a couple of weeks to dry fully, depending on conditions. It should then have a mist coat before normal painting.
Can you skim over artex without removing it?
In most cases yes, provided the artex is stable. If it is loose or contains older materials we will advise the safest approach.
Do you do small patch repairs?
Yes. No job is too small — patching after electrical or plumbing work is a regular call-out for us.
